Bad Butterflies
Have you ever gotten that sick in the stomach feeling, those bad butterflies swimming inside, making you feel all funny? And no… it’s not the funny (or maybe not so funny) feeling of a hangover…
Like when you got those bad exam results which you thought you’d ace, like when you lose a case which you should have won, like when you find out that a lover has betrayed your trust, or when you have just betrayed a good friend, or when you have no idea where to turn when there’s a life changing decision to make, or like when you have to sit around waiting for news that may be possibly bad…
What’s one to do to get rid of that feeling?
