RM10 fine

it's now been decided that the powers that be, Mykad applicants who failed to meet the 31Dec05 deadline must pay a RM10 fee. after my one failed attempt to apply for a Mykad before the deadline, i'm glad i didn't join the bandwagon of the truckloads of people who scrambled to get the 'free' Mykad by starting to queue at NRDs as early as 4am during the last couple of days before the year end.

Hmm... sometimes procrastination doesn't bring that much trouble!
