MyTunes Loaded

I've just added some tunes to this site. It's some of the music I'm currently listening to. Isn't this MyPod (on the sidebar) just the cutest thing? It looks just like mine, silver wrapped in pink rubber.

P!nk

P!ink was touring Australia recently and I went to watch her show in Sydney. The show was fantastic and I had a great time. There's nothing like watching a great entertainer live and surrounded by other screaming fans.

This is me at the Sydney Entertainment Centre but far far away from where P!nk would be performing shortly. And so high up there I could almost touch the ceiling. And below and all around me, the screaming fans. My photographer had refused any photographic evidence of him attending a P!nk concert.

The superstar was well received by her mob of energetic screaming fans, most of whom are chubby teenage girls whose parents waited for them outside the venue when the show ended.

Some vids of the performance of Just Like A Pill and Who Knew. The images are so blurry and tiny, it can't positively be identified to be P!ink. It could be of anyone, or anything, really. Listen closely and some running commentary and extra backups can be heard.

My New Toy

It's been awhile since i've last blogged. at times, i've been pretty bored and didn't have anything whatsoever bloggable to blog about... and at other times i've been busy with some visitors from Malaysia, but mostly i've been busy playing with my New Toy!

As most of you will know, i've been really into my new hobby. Sewing up my own garments! With a promise of mending many garments and constructing a few, CH got me a new Brother computerised sewing machine. It's a really cool machine and i am loving it! It's a 'beginner's computerised model' but it's light, super easy to use and it's got allll these cool functions like the automatic needle threader, quick set bobbin, an LCD screen to display the stitch type, lengths and widths, a needle positioning button and so much more!

So far, i've made a top on this machine, and previously i sewed up a blue tube dress in my sewing class (previous entry here). I'll put pictures of me in them soon. Let's hope i'll be making many wonderful pieces on this baby.
